In order for us to deliver the best possible service to our clients we operate under the following terms and conditions which govern the spa, its facilities and our services to you.
If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, Please call us on 0161 518 9355.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment. We will honour a full refund.
Bookings cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.
Private hires will require 7 days notice to cancel or will be charged in full.
