- What's one interesting fact about yourself?
- I recently won the Cheshire League with the team I coach and I was the first girl in the UK to get my hair cut with a glass cutting tool when I used to be a model.
- What's the last book you read or film/series you really enjoyed?
- Series called the Penguin – I liked the back story around the main character, the story line really gripped me.
- If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
- Maldives – because it’s pure relaxation.

- What's your proudest professional accomplishment?
- Gaining my beauty qualifications – I’ve always worked in accounts which wasn’t always satisfying so I wanted to pursue a new career that would be more rewarding. I love to make people feel good.
- What are you most excited to learn about in your new role?
- Everything; the way a spa operates compared to a salon.
- What is your favourite thing about your job?
- Being creative when doing my nails and making people feel good.
- What's one piece of advice you would give to someone new in your field?
- Be confident in what you do and back yourself all the way to achieve what you want to.
- What is your favourite treatment to do and why?
- Personally, I love having a body massage and my favourite treatment to do is facials. A facial is relaxing, and I like resolving any skin care issues or concerns a client might have, I like to see confidence grow after treating the skin.
- What does health and wellness mean to you?
- Trying to live a healthy lifestyle and taking time to put yourself first.
- How do you use a spa to support your fitness recovery?
- Using the thermal heat experiences has lots of benefits mentally and physically. It’s ideal for after using the gym for muscle recovery.
- What's your favourite product in the spa and why?
- My Favourite product is moisturiser for face and body – it’s important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturised.
- Why is recovery so important?
- If you have been through a lot, it’s important to take time to recharge.
- What do you love most about a spa environment?
- I love the smells, the feeling that you get when you walk into a spa and you know it’s your time to switch off. There is something for everyone at a spa.
