Going out with my friends and going to the gym.

I played football at a local football club near me for 4 years and we won the league one year.

Thailand, because they have beautiful beaches and islands.

What's your proudest professional accomplishment?
At a college salon open day when I helped a client with some facial skin issues to regain their confidence. After a few months of personalised treatments, they came back to me with radiant skin and feeling so much better about themselves. It was lovely to see the positive change.
What are you most excited to learn about in your new role?
New beauty therapy techniques, how to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs, and to gain hands-on experience with various skincare products and equipment.
What is your favourite thing about your job?
Making people feel good and helping them with their well-being journey through spa treatments.
What's one piece of advice you would give to someone new in your field?
Keep learning new techniques and keep up to date with the latest trends to keep developing your skills to provide the best customer experience.
What is your favourite treatment to do and why?
Full body massage because it’s super relaxing and helps relieve stress. It can ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and just make you feel really good overall.
What does health and wellness mean to you?
Taking care of both your body and mind. It’s about maintaining a balanced lifestyle that includes eating nutritious foods, staying active, getting enough sleep, and managing stress. It also involves taking time for self-care and doing things that make you happy.
How do you use a spa to support your fitness recovery?
Getting massages to relieve muscle tension, enjoying hydrotherapy like hot tubs or saunas to relax and improve circulation, and participating in mindfulness activities like yoga to unwind both physically and mentally.
What's your favourite product in the spa and why?
I love Elemis because their products are really high-quality and effective. They use natural ingredients that feel great on my skin and provide amazing results. I especially like their Pro-Collagen Marine Cream because it keeps my skin hydrated and looking youthful.
