I love a cleansing routine; this is one of the most essential parts of any facial routine. Cleansing balms are amazing to deep cleanse the skin, melting away make up and daily impurities leaving a soft glowing complexion. As part of my cleansing routine, I like to give my face a second cleanse with a dynamic face wash which gently exfoliates to brighten the skin.
Why is recovery so important?
I love the saying …. You wouldn’t let your phone battery to go flat! The spa is the perfect place to recharge and recover the mind and body.
What do you love most about a spa environment?
The aroma you instantly smell the moment you walk through the door, the calming atmosphere - everyone is there to relax and the feeling it gives you.
